views of the scenic landscape from almost

rooms, a dining area with garden vistas, an
eat-in well-equipped kitchen in a building, a
kitchenette in the other.
On the sweeping grounds, there’s a
swimming pool, a solarium, and a roof
terrace with a 360° view on the roof of the
villa. Hidden away, yet very close to the
town center, this estate offers three
bedrooms decorated in modern style with
colour-washed walls in pale shades,
contemporary fabrics, and several bespoke
furnishing by local Italian artisans.
The interior of the property measures 350
square meters and it can accommodate a
total of 6 adults, and 2 extra friends or staff.
Best used for 6 guests total. The estate
includes 15,000 square meters of private
grounds, gardens, and private property.
